How to make Green Chilli Bharta
To make green chilli bharta at home, first dry roast mustard seeds, fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds in a pan. Now grind all these things into powder. After this heat the oil in the pan. Now add a little mustard and fenugreek to it and fry it. Then add chopped green chillies and fry till it becomes soft. Also keep pounding it while roasting the chillies. But keep in mind that the chili should remain slightly coarse and should not become a paste.
